According to Horus, De La Hoya would be the best fight he could make in 2008 and is criticizing Cotto for taking a build up fight against Gomez even though he is fighting Margarito after that (which Horus for some reason wont address trying to make it seem like Gomez is the only fight Cotto will be having in 08)

I agree its the toughest and best ($) fight for Floyd. Though i would much rather see Cotto fighting Floyd because their undefeated and young, Cotto knows hes not ready. I know its not in Cotto's personality to call Floyd out but if he really wanted the fight, he wouldve been making it known. With that said, Oscar is still stronger, faster, bigger, and smarter than Cotto. Cotto is great at cutting off the ring, and has great stamina, but he couldnt even break down a 36 year old Mosely whats he really going to do against Floyd Mayweather. Oscar was a couple of rounds away from beating Floyd and everyone agrees he couldve had he kept jabbing, now why wouldnt we want to see this fight?
