What ever happened to Julio Cesar Garcia?

He hasnt fought since June last year when he lost to Browning. Was a great prospect, with tons of experience for a 20 year old. However, he looked overweight and sluggish in that fight, as if he expected to blow Browning out and really didnt train.
Anybody have any recent news on him?

He is young but he got as close to damaging your entire career as a young prospect could get. May have hurt his chances to ever get some good money ever again. Maybe that is a bit of hyperbole but hopefully he gets back on track.
