Yea this is really all true. Im a big BILLS fan, but 2nd to the bills is the GIANTS for sure cause i grew up around them.
I would rather DIE then miss that GREENBAY GAME.
Initially i thought this would sell like 17,000 seats and do nearly 500,000 PPV buys just based on the names, but because of all the terrible press and all the bad news about the fight lately, id be shocked if the numbers came close to either one of them

I wouldn't, at all. Do you think any Puerto Rican boxing fans are going to miss Tito's return? I'm guessing the majority of people who have already invested their interest in the fight won't really care about missing the NFC game.
Besides, most people dont care for the undercard, and the main event probably won't fall until around 11, 11:30, when the game should be (if not) over. Course, I'm saying this under the impression that it's on Saturday night, the way people are talking of it.
This is a really ****** time of year to be having this fight anyhow, especially since it was so close to the Hatton Mayweather PPV & Xmas and a lot of people are still getting over all the cash they spent over the holidays. And all that aside, it's not like Cotto vs Judah, since both Jones & Tito are both passed their best.
I think Don King may have over estimated how many people actually want to see this fight by choosing the Garden as the venue and having high ticket prices.
in the article he's talking about the coverage of the fight, its not getting a lot of play because of the game. which is huge.
but the fight is saturday night and the game is on sunday, that shouldn't matter....
its a good sports weekend in new york, in january thats a good thing

The ticket prices for this fight were ridiculous. I think PPV sales will do good, but I doubt the arena will be sold out and most of those in attendance will be Tito fans.
