I think he is. he needs to fight someone like cintron or clottey, at the least, to get back in the game. I mean, his last 2 fights are against edwin vasquez and ryan davis<--- that doesn't make sense. I think he is more than capable of handling himself in the ring with top 10 guys and he should stay up there. This is the reason I hate managers, they do the worst things with fighters.
