Why isn't Williams calling out FLoyd?

Paul Williams is trying to secure his own legacy. He realizes he doesnt need to fight Floyd to do that. BTW does anyone honestly think Floyd will fight Williams right now? That is such a high risk/low reward scenario. Floyd will make more money & get more props from the public for beating Oscar again.

Actually the Mayweather/Hatton fight was suppose to happen at 140 but Team Hatton refuse to put Hatton's 140 belt on the line, They only wanted the fight at 147 in case Hatton loses to Mayweather.

Dont twist my words. I didnt say that Williams wont fight Floyd. The question is why wont he call him out. He wont call him out because he knows that Floyd wont fight him right now. There are also other WW's who wont fight him right now but he rips all of them. Honestly man, I kinda agree w him.. no disrespect.. I think Paul knows floyd isnt going to fight him... its not even worth his time calling out Floyd... Thats why hes going after all the other threats in the division.. All the other welters champions come in at 160~ on fight night. Mayweather comes in at 150 AT MOST.

and he does that BY CHOICE..his game plan is to be "light", so he can you his legs and maintain his speed, its by CHOICE you dont have 4 fights at WW and 1 fight JM if you arent a REAL WW..
