The fight hasn't been officially signed yet. Whether it is PPV or not may depend on who Cotto fights in the other main event on the card. A Gomez fight may make regular HBO, but a Cintron fight would likely be PPV.
Well, either way Im watching it. And Ill always watch Cotto, he's very exciting.
