Ok lets be honest here obviously it's the U.S. for the whole majority anyway. Mexico has got the smaller weight classes, with P.R trailing behind them. I mean come on we have the greats who will never be touched. Lets take a look who has came out over the years. B-Hop, DLH, Mayweather, Mosley, Jones Jr., Whitaker, Tyson, Holyfield, Foreman, Holmes, and ofcourse The Greatest ALI. Shall I keep going.

condidering how tiny we are in comparison to the other main boxing countries, UK (not a country but you know what i'm saying) has to be amongst the top countries right now.

but if your talking about right now i would take one of the smaller and less populated country’s like Puerto Rico or England taking into account the population differences between the U.S and these country’s
