After seeing their last couple of fights, Miranda wins big. Lacy looks like damaged goods to me. His chin and his heart are the only things stopping this from being a total blowout.

I'm not sure Lacy is healthy enough to fight the stronger 168 pounders. If his shoulder doesn't hold up against Miranda, he's gone. If it does, he has some of the skills to effectively box and keep Miranda off balance, which means everything against Pantera.
