Did science find your body stops growing at 28? No? then it's arbitrary.

Does it cross your mind, that the reasons athletes grow and break down is exactly the same? TRAINING?

Oh ****, I agree with something you have to say! RJJ resume is lacking name recognition. Thats what it all boils down to.

In which case, coming back to the original question of Tito and Jones achievements. Tito was on top for 6 years, and Jones for 12 years.

Tito resume in 6 years at 147 is better then Jones 12 years at 175.

Anyway I've to go now, I've spend too much time on the internet today.

I was not referring to 12 years at 175. I was talking about jones being on top, which includes also 160, 168 and HW.

here's another question.. if tito beats roy (which i don't think he will), does that make his legacy better? i, personally, don't think it does.. yes it would be an upset, but i don't think that this fight should greatly effect either one of their legacies, they r both past their prime.. jones accomplished so much in his career, he started off at middleweight and won a title at heavyweight.. he was p4p #1 for how long, he dominated, u can't doubt the man's abilities, few r like him

I completely agree. This fight is for the curious like us, but it does not mean much.

welll considering tito's cementing fight was a robbery, its not even close....

the de la hoya fight validated(on paper) tito's reign at 147....up until that fight he was just a great fighter with 15 defenses of an alphabet title who had not fought the champ(oscar) nor the other biggest threat(quartey)....

i like tito but i dunno why most people rank him higher than oscar...even though oscar had already done noticeable accomplishments all the way from lightweight....

                    anyway jones jr, and easily....
