Floyd doesn't want to see Oscar beating Cotto

Perhaps Floyd isn't ready to fight Cotto just yet, he wants him to become a bigger name to generate more money.

Therefore does anyone reckon Floyd might have taken this fight to keep Oscar busy himself, because he doesn't want to risk DLH beating Cotto and ruining the buildup to a PBF-Cotto undefeated-style megashow.

After a rematch with Oscar, Floyd will have a rematch with Hatton.. That's all that matters because that is where the money is..

Too bad he is not fighting a welterweight or any of them.

Floyd has fought Judah, Baldomir, & is probably going to fight Oscar twice. Those are all men who have held the REAL WW title. So anyone who says he hast fought a real WW is just saying some ****** ****. I could see Floyd planning a Delahoya - Cotto 2008 for himself. The guy has managed his career brilliantly

Or maybe Oscar is trying to make Cotto ditch Arum and sign onto Golden Boy

All the promoters know that Hatton will never draw as many fans for the rematch. Getting knocked out after a boxing lesson doesn't inspire much confidence.

There woul be no point in Hatton-Mayweather fighting again. For a start Hatton would definately lose, and there isn't as much money to be made repeating the fight unless it happens at wembley.
