Kessler out classes Miranda in my humble opinion. I hate to say it but Miranda is not in Kesslers league. Kessler has the better boxing ability, better defense, and is just the overall better fighter. I see Kessler picking his spots to work and finding Miranda quite easily with hard power shots. There is just bad style match ups out there for Miranda and this is one of those styles. Miranda matching well against any solid technical boxer puncher is something that i just dont see happening.

Miranda is like Mayorga in that we'll want to watch him fight even after he loses a few more times. I hated on Miranda a bit when people thought he would be middleweight champ. But now that the idea is shot I like him again. He's a lot of fun and always comes to hurt people.

I totally agree. If I had to bet, I would bet on a Kessler win by TKO. But, I do think there's a fight here. A ****ing exciting fight where we watch guys take flush shots.

Kessler is going to have to fight someone, and with HBO involved (they want him in the long term) Palle can't call all the shots.

yeah I guess. I hate the term punchers chance, because it is usually pulled out in the 'well he won't win but he has a punchers chance...'

It always reminds me of Nunn vs Toney, Toney was getting smashed to pieces then BOOM! KTFO. lol. It just seems so unfair. haha.

Good Comparison. I think Kessler is a bit overrated though. Still better than Miranda. But, I think it would be a good fight.

Unfair? C'mon. Foreman v. Moorer. Plus, Miranda would be unloading from the outset... so it's not going to be like Nunn v. TOney or Foreman's fight

that's true, but for some reason I like Mayorga alot more and he is a complete arsehole. My feelings are if you are going to play the bad guy, go balls out. Mayorga is a scream.

maybe not, but I don't like using punchers chance. Even though I do, all the time. It just kinda of says well this guy is not as good as the other guy but he could land a bingo punch. Then you can congratulate yourself if the guy does land the bingo punch even though the possibility of that happening was patently obvious. Cheap way to call a fight.

                      Toney is an extreme example.
