Holy ****, he was knocked out every fight.

In one of his fights he didn't even make it to the ring, he got knocked out in the dressing room.

        Holy ****.

Harry Simon - saw his fight against Wayne Alexander on television and man, was he a demon! Went to jail though but last I heard, he's making a comeback. I think he's the guy who beat Winky.

No way. It was very close but was definitely not a win for Alvarez. The only thing that was good was the knockdown but apart from that he didn't really do that much. It was draw worthy as Lopez was coming back very strong and was well on his way to winning it before the head butt.

Alvarez was a fantastic little fighter for a while there. I think the second fight with Lopez really disappointed him though.

The thing is apart from Marciano basically no one has retired undefeated without a draw at least.

The main guys who are undefeated champs are:

Marciano, Lopez, Sitiprachan (or something like that?) who was a Thai fighter who retired recently with a record of about 25-0. I don't know how many of you guys know of the very talented Ricky Womack who beat Holyfield three times in the am's and was undefeated in the pro's before being charged for murder. When he got out he had some fights but then topped himself. Very sad story of an undefeated prospect. Englands Terry Marsh was a great fighter who also retired undefeated. Of course one of the other very famous undefeated fighters was Jack McCauliff. He was lightweight champ in the late 1800's and retired undefeated.
