Actually the problem are not the fans here, the problem are the boxing publishers who pick him to be p4p fighter no matter who he chooses to fight. If his p4p ranking would be endangered I believe he would give the fans the fights they wanna see. As long as he can get away with it, he will.

I don't know how fans on a boxing forum can actually be responsible for that happening, but I, for one, won't be defending his actions in taking that fight.

The only thing I can say about it is that it is money driven.

Hopefully it doesn't happen.

The only good that can come of it is if he wins a lot more decisively, then it can shut the few people up who think "Oscar got robbed."

Hopefully you will see that myself and others arent haters and actually know a little more then you give us credit for. He was supposed to be on a tow year vacation..then we heard Ellerbe talk aboutt MMA now, rumours about the "world awaits part deux"..only time will tell....

I know you don't spout bull**** when you talk about Floyd... but it really does seem like you want to give him less credit than he deserves.

For this though, I can pretty much agree with you, this is ridiculous in terms of "fighting the best".

No reason he should fight Oscar again and no reason for any Floyd Fan to defend him if he does. When he decides to fight again it should be against Cotto or a top WW.
