What has De La Hoya done to

Register a rematch with Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather won, then Mayweather knocked out Hatton to further cement his p4p status.

De La Hoya LOST, then, well did **** all and now thinks he should fight Mayweather again.

If it wern't for De La Hoya owning GBP, De La Hoya v Mayweather II would never happen.

In no way am i excited about this fight, i meant its not asif the first was great.

    I want Cotto v Mayweather.
    or Williams v Mayweather.

But that mong De Le Hoya is preventing this

Its not JUST DLH entertaining the thought. It takes 2 to tango as cliche as that is. Mayweather said he doesnt fight for money so why would he even consider this tripe?

Whatever. I personally blame Mayweather. If he had been more agressive in that first fight, not only would it have been a more exciting fight, he also would have beaten Oscar so bad a rematch would have been silly. Instead, he carried De La Hoya so he could cash in on the rematch. We have got to clean this **** up. If Boxing can pick up some more mainstream interest, I think we'll be able to start fixing some of this stuff.

              Thing is,

if Cotto were to beat Mayweather it would be a BIG thing.
if Mayweather were to beat Cotto it would be a BIG thing.

if Williams were to beat Mayweather it would be a BIG thing.
if Mayweather were to beat Williams it would be a BIG thing.(ish)

if De La Hoya were to beat Mayweather it would be a BIG thing.
if Mayweather were to beat De La Hoya no one would care.

And its the last line that makes a fight less exciting, because change won't happen.

Oscar De La Hoya doesn't have to do anything to deserve anything other than being Oscar De La Hoya.

Oscar DelaHoya is still the biggest threat to Mayweather because his size, speed, power, and boxing abilities
