Are Filipino fighters better than Mexican Fighters?

i think the top dogs in asia are definitely the thais followed by the japanese! in head to head fights the thais and japanese have truly dominated the filipinos. the government of the philippines shamelessly protested that their fighters were the victims of mismatches because many of their fighters who fight in thailand lose about ninety percent of the time. the thing is, the filipinos do the same thing. they import inferior fighters from thailand and else where to pad their records too. i call this double standards. the philippines may have manny pacquiao and a couple other good fighters but all in all, the thais and the japanese have many more quality fighters than the filipinos. funny how the filipinos want to be compared to mexico when they can't even take care of their backyard!
