Alfonso Gomez is overrated!!!

I agree the Gomez fight is okay, although Gomez has beaten no top contenders but neither have Quintana or Feliciano. It's a tune-up fight and I believe Cotto will fight Margarito later this year.

What I don't agree with are the people who are making Gomez out to be this unstoppable contender who would KO Baldomir and Hatton even though he hasn't fought ANYONE even near their level.

I would like to see the outrage for Williams fighting Quintana next who Cotto already destroyed, or Cintron fighting Feliciano.

I don't get all these threads, Gomez is a tough guy and it would be a good payday for him. I dont see why people are talking **** for a man stepping up to the plate, Sergio Mora takes alot of heat because he diden't sign to fight Taylor. Now that Gomez might fight Cotto people are outraged, people need to realize sometimes not all fights can be superfights.
