Puerto Rico isn't a country. It is a commonwealth of the US that has a pretty ****in sweet deal: pay no income tax and get all government benefits.

Both nationalities have produced great fighters, but I say Mexico takes this one hands down.

The rivalry is great for the sport since it makes for great fights between the two.Below are just some fights that come to mind between the two nationalities:

                    Salvador vs. Wilfredo-Mexico
                    Chavez vs. Camacho-Mexico
                    Chavez vs. Edwin Rosario- Mexico
Angel Espada vs. Pipino Cuevas- Mexico

I know some of you guys know of more fights
and results. But I'll let you guys take it from here.

Mexico definitely breeds the better fighters.
