    opinions please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok here is the deal! you have the welter situation. you have floyd, cotto, williams, cintron as the top dogs, and some honarable mention guys as marg, judah, and such. what i want you to tell me is if you feel that floyd has to fight all the top guys here, or should all the top guys face each other and than the winner gets the fight with floyd? which way should it go down?

Good question. I think Floyd should be fighting top welters (whoever brings him the most money), and the guys he doesn't fight should fight each other to earn the next shot. Too bad it almost never goes that way. To me Margarito has to be ahead of Cintron because of the way he beat him so easily. Cintron's title means nothing until he proves he is better than Margarito.

Depends if he's going for the ultimate glory or just a paycheck. If he really wants to be a highly ranked ATG then I would run through the entire gauntlet of tough customers at 147(Cotto, Margo, Williams, Mosley and maybe Cintron, Clottey, Berto) then decide after that whether to hang 'em up or continue in a higher weight class. Just fighting the winner after the dust settles is much easier and less risky and would not win him as much credit obviously. It all depends on how high he is aiming.

            Not true at all.

He would definately get more credit beating Cotto after he Cotto's beaten a couple of these guys than would if he beat Cotto right now.

personally i just want to see floyd against cotto and williams as i think theyd be the most competitive fights.

im not interested in mosley, margarito, or cintron against floyd at this point

id most like to see him against williams but i cant see him fighting him as clearly there is more "money" for cotto and mosley
