Can the fighters hear the commentators?

I saw a video of Floyd Mayweather talking to the ringside commentators during a fight, can they hear them on most occasions then?

Yea, that was classic. I'm sure most fighters aren't as attentive as Floyd is though.

im sure floyd can hear every word spoken in that arena. I dont know if you've ever had your house broken into while you're actually there, but its happen to me a couple of times and ive trained myself to hear everything when i sleep. sounds wierd but ya.
