    Stand-out Fighters/Fights

Im a pretty new boxing fan, i was wondering if you could name any fights or fighters i could look up to understand the sport more

Im a fan of the current greats mayweather, calzaghe, klitchsko etc...
Ive also watched some fantastic recent fights, Calzaghe vs Lacy, Taylor Vs Pavlik to name two

    Any help would be appreciated

Really? These fights are going to turn this guy to MMA. Hey, J90, do your best to pretty much avoid any Tarver fight (except for Tarver-Jones II, that was fun).

The most universally loved (by hardcore fans) fighter of all time, is Marvin Hagler.
Get your hands on some of his fights.
