great fight, so exciting. but am i the only one who thinks his victory is majorly tainted by the spitting out of the gumshield.... he just doesn't recover imo if he doesn't blatantly cheat

i think it adds a lot to the fight. Firstly, every great sporting event needs controversy.

And secondly, Corrales basically said that he would take the point deduction, making it a 10--6 round. Which means he is absolutely throwing away any chance at a decision to go for the HIGHLY unlikely KO. and somehow he got it. Just amazing

Great fight although i prefer Barrera v Morales 1, it was fought at a faster pace and involved more skill and equalled Corrales v Castillo for excitement
