    Is it Yuriorkis Gamboa now?

Every few weeks you ****s jump on somebody elses bandwagon. Whatever happened to sticking with fighters even after their losses?

Everbody dumped Jeff Lacy and Edison Miranda after their losses. There are others who have been abandoned on this site too, but Lacy and Miranda are the two most obvious ones. Once Gamboa gets an HBO fight and gets stunned a time or two, you guys will all leave him, except for a select few real fans.

I still have miranda's back, at least he still throws punches and wants to mix it up, he still has things to fix. I still supported lacy after he lost but in his last 2 fights he has looked like ****. Im all over gamboa as of now as well. I have 6 out of his 8 fights on dvd. He's beating up very solid fighters as well. He looks like the real deal. Ill support him until the end.

Gamboa's chin is untested on pro level but he is far above Miranda and Lacy in skill terms.

Man ive only got 5,can u upload his fights against Thomas Hengstberger & Araik Sachbazjan, major ponts will be donated

And to the thread starter, how is anyone "**** jump on somebody elses bandwagon" The guy has only had 8 FIGHTS,he's a prospect, why shouldent anybody be exciting and be a big fan of such a talented guy with only 8 fights? We hardly ever get Cuban boxers,so that just makes him more exciting for the sport,Isit a crime for people to like him and mention him in there posts?
Ive been posting about him since his pro debut,he looks like hes gona be a world champ this year,if he doesnt,he'll still be in my sig

I am a Roy Jones fan and still think he is one of the best RIGHT NOW. I don't hop off my fighter's bandwagons unless there is a plausible reason to do so. Gamboa is a darn good fighter on the come up and even if he get's back tracked I will still be a fan. Skills pay Bills and they also keep me as a fan.

The guy is exciting to watch, what can I say. Plus not too often do you see someone with 8 fights and not one losing record among them. This last guy was a bit of a step back, but I think he's just trying to stay busy. I think Cubans are going to start getting their due in the professional ranks, Solis looks pretty decent at Heavy, still a bit fat, but has lost 10 lbs in the last 8 months.

That reminds me, I made a Roy Jones thread the other day, but now it's gone. I can't figure out what happened. There was nothing wrong with the thread, I was just talking about how good he was in his prime.

superfeatherwt gamboa(8-0 7ko's) has an extensive amatuer background.
reminds me of a smaller andre berto.young very fast. mucho confidents.
against his best opponents dejesus and kebede , who stayed in front of him,he kicked their asses.
so fast. but he fights with his hands down and has easily outclassed compitition without having to show any defense.
hope he don't go the route of chavezjr fighting pizza delivery boys for 30+fights.
