    Diaz-Campbell for the Ring magazine title???

    In the Maxboxing web site it says the following

    NEW (Showtime) Juan Diaz (33-0) vs. Nate Campbell (31-5-1)
    (For The Ring Magazine World Lightweight Championship)
    (WBA, WBO, and IBF Lightweight belts)

    I wonder if this has something to do with Casamayors lackluster defense, plus in their magazine the editors once said that their titles should be lost in the ring, so was this a typo or what?

      The Ring doesn't strip fighters because they don't agree with the decision of a fight.

      a guy loses his title by officially losing his fight, leaving the division, or retiring.

      It must be a typo.

          thats what i thought, even though everybody knows right now Diaz is the real top lightweight
