And to give you any idea about the sparring I highly doubt that this an all out type of sparring. Wlad is most likely uses an occasional jab and mostly is on defensive. In all honesty he is probably just feeling out the right distance and placement against Lee since Andy is a southpaw of a correspondent heigh(to Ibragimov) and very quick hands. Lee ain't getting battered there.

Are you sure, it would take inhuman levels of self control on Wlads part. Unless of course Andy goes half-arsed too. I thought Emanuel Steward was all about tough sparring?

Tough sparring does not mean Andy Lee getting injured.

Think of it as more of a training in pairs rather then sparring.
And It's gonna be tough for Andy as it is.

He doesn't hit with full strength, it's obviouse. It's just done for increasing handspeed. Klichko sparred with Lee in his preparation to Byrd's fight as well.

I get ya. Still good experience for Andy. Didn't Andy Lee and Jermaine Taylor have a 'gym war' or is that hear'say. I suppose it would be nonsensical for Andy Lee to be unloading on Wlad human nature would dictate that Wlad smacks him through the floor eventually.

Pavlik can hurt nobody,no one can take a Pavlik shot flush to the chin for 12 rounds,he's one of the biggest hitters to come to the sport in years
