Wladimir Klitschko Using Andy Lee For Sparring

In order to adapt to the quicker hands of WBO heavyweight champion Sultan Ibragimov, IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko is using undefeated middleweight Andy Lee (14-0, 11KOs) for sparring purposes in his Florida-based training camp. Klitschko will be using Lee for a three-week period. They are no strangers to each other, both Klitschko and Lee are under the tutelage of trainer Emanuel Steward. [details]

Is he doing this in preparation for the possible fight against Pacquiao?

      Jesus.

I mean I don't think Wlad could even throw punches without hurting Lee. Look what his jab with 12 oz gloves on......does to HW's faces in the early rounds.

      That seems strange.

Lee is going to benefit hardcore! Just feeling the power of Klitschko in sparring will make it feel to him that most middleweights are packing peashooters.

            I'm excited about Lee.

And to give you any idea about the sparring I highly doubt that this an all out type of sparring. Wlad is most likely uses an occasional jab and mostly is on defensive. In all honesty he is probably just feeling out the right distance and placement against Lee since Andy is a southpaw of a correspondent heigh(to Ibragimov) and very quick hands. Lee ain't getting battered there.
