Wlad went down out of fear than anything, Peter was coming into the fight with a reputation has this power puncher/Killer and think Wlad was just too scared to get hit thats why he held more in that particular fight than John ruiz, When he box he did it beautifully and expose Peter's lack of any boxing brain.

        Klitschko vs Ross Puritty

Some Wlad haters vid. Klitschko vs Brewster I

        Sanders vs Wlad

I couldn't find Wlad vs Williamson/Peter. Williamson flash KD'd Wlad and Peter legitimetely knocked him down once.

He's been dropped 15 times in his career. He panics when he gets hit, his chin isn't that bad.

Floyd Patterson was down more than 20 times in his career, he holds the record of being the most knockdownable champion.

Wlad might break that record if he goes back to his old knockdownable ways. He hasn't been down in a while.

He basically got a 14 second count on that first Sanders knockdown, he was still wobbly and went back down at the end of the round without another significant punch landing.

And chances are he won't fight anyone for a while either. I mean, Sultan drew with Austin and beat Briggs and Holyfield, that's not much. Chagaev and Peter could hurt Wlad, maybe even Valuev.

Not sure if we will see Wlad fight anyone good in a while. Hopefully Sultan turns out to be somewhat of a challenge but I predict Wladimir will knock him out in three unless he takes it easy on Ibragimov.

Eddie and Povetkin don't hit very hard (Wlad will probably fight either of thme next, provided he beats Sultan), Povetkin might be able to tire Wlad out though.

Wlad hasn't been down in a fight for a long time now - not in 2006 or 2007.

Sam Peter was hitting Wlad with a lot of rabbit punches in their fight, and the ref wasn't doing anything to stop him. Rabbit punches cause dizzyness (and sometimes brain damage).

One of the "knockdowns" was from a direct rabbit punch. Another was from a combination push and rabbit punch. Only the third knockdown was legit, and it happened at a time when Wlad was already affected by several previous rabbit punches.

Peter was getting revenge for all the clinching. I'm OK with that.
