in all fairness to ndou, it is in the contract and that is binding, even if there was a match in between the rematch, and also the i think that the fight would've been a lot closer had eddie cotton let ndou fight on the inside, ndou was fighting two guys in the ring that night.

i'm not an ndou fan and although i am some what a light critic now of malignaggi, a lot less than i used to be, the fight wasn't reffed fair at all. every time ndou tried to make it an inside fight, even when he wasn't even close to being tied up, the ref eddie cotton was screaming break! it was obvious that he was favoring malignaggi's fight game more then letting them fight on the inside. which there are two ranges to fight from, inside and outside, not just outside fighting.

watch that fight again and you'll hear cotton say stop and break more than there were punches in the fight, it was a true travesty of refereeing. i'm not saying that it would change the OUTCOME of the fight, but i am saying that it would be a completely different fight and a lot closer and certainly more fair.

malignaggi should rematch ndou, just for the sake of being professional!
