Who is the next P4P King?

This thread is for me just so I could know all the up n' comers just incase I've missed somebody. I basically want to know who (under 20 fights very important) has the best chance at becoming the next p4p king? and please do not name anyone who has over 20 fights on record cuz I basically know all of them.

P4P don't mean ****. You should be asking who is no. one in each division.
      that's what really matters.

well p4p isn't everything, but it does mean alot. this is only to know who is the next one in boxing thats all. who will relativily accomplish more in boxing than any other fighter.

I'm going to take your under 20 fights criteria seriously and choose Amir Khan.

Miguel Cotto or Paul Williams. Victor Ortiz has potential too.

Other possibles: Chad Dawson, Vladmir Klitschko, David Haye, throw Pavlik in there too.

He said boxers with under 20 fights. Klitschko has already had over 50 fights. Am I missing something here?
