mora is the most overrated fighter in the world.
this fight will be another lackluster gift UD for mora.

        Gomez.....

You are 100% right about Gomez. I simply made reference to Manfredo {although i believe he too is a joke}, but comparing him to Mora since their Contender days,he at least took on Joe Calzaghe in his back yard, whereas Mora wouldn't even get in the ring with Taylor because he felt there would be a "homecourt" advantage for Taylor. Manfredo should call out Mora...LOL

At least Gomez remained more active after the contender and gotten some decent wins which have set him up to maybe have some fights on HBO and get good paydays. Im not saying he's going to be champ someday, but he's set himself up pretty decently.

Mora's last fight wasn't exactly a gift decision, it was a close one that could've gone either way. Hopefully Sergio steps it up this year and stays busy because 2007 was disastrous for him. Best of luck to Sergio

I agree his last fight was close and it could have went either way... I was a fan of mora back in the day but he just made some bad decisions. I still wish him well in 2008...

yeah, i agree. mora is overrated. the same with manfredo, gomez and other "the contender" fighters. they still have to prove their real worth. they are fighting with opponents half their credentials.
