Should Mandatorys be against a Rival Champion in your division untill unification

is this practical we would know who the real champ at that weight is & we would 'nt get champions defending their belts but avoiding their rivals & we would know conclusively who is the best in that division because he would hold all the belts & he will have fought the top 2 fighters in his weight catergory at the very least

a wbc champ cannot be ranked in the wba rankings, and vice versa (unless the guy is champ in both).

The best idea to improve boxing is for each sanctioning organizations to rank the titleholders in the other organizations.

Another titleholder could even be ranked a mandatory by another ABC. This way, it wouldn't be too long befere every boxing division would have a bona fide champion!

I say they should start tournament style seeding.

3 vs. 6

2 vs. 7.
