    Home Decisions by Boxing Judges

On Saturday, we saw yet another bad decision by boxing judges, as Ngoudjo was robbed of a deserved decision win over Malignaggi.

Is America as bad as Europe for "home decisions"? I think the same thing happens everywhere, including the US.

Germany is still the king of shocking decisions.

You can argue Ngoudjo "robbed" Bailey of a win in his adopted home, Canada.

crappy decisions are everywhere, but people sure do like to exaggerate close decisions as robberies.

This Paulie nonsense needs to stop already. It seems like more attention than the Floyd-Hatton fight. He won a close fight. He doesn't 'suck' but hes not quite Mayweather either, he is still young and becoming a better fighter. We're going to see more of him and the result of the fight isnt going to change, so get over it.

holyfield-lewis 1 was worse than anything on the list.

              holyfield won 3 rounds.

coggi-gonzalez 1 in argentina is worse than anything mentioned.

coggi was really ko'd or dq'd like 3 times but still managed to win the fight.

75% of "home decisions" happen in the US I'm afraid, 20% happen in Europe (Germany mainly) and the remaining 5% is spread out all over the World. Germany is the worst because of the scale of the robberies that took place, but US is a VERY close second.

Before I get abuse for "America bashing", we need to consider the mathematics of it. A lot of big fights happen in the US, moreso than any other country, so it is just common sense that most robberies would happen there, and they do. If it was any other country, I would say the same.

Yes, Thread Stealer, I forgot Holyfield vs. Lewis I. That was one of the worst.
