floyd mayweather doesnt really dominate his opponents like roy did..

Unfortunately, in this sport being dominant frequently has more to do with savvy managment than being a truly great fighter, so I think its pretty hard to predict who will be a dominant fighter over the long haul based on talent. Fighters like MAB, EM, ODLH, all great fighters, could have been considered far more dominant had they avoided some of their greater challenges. Because of their great performances (win or lose), however, I don't think real fans hold their losses against them. Great fighters lose fights because they fight other great fighters.
