If mental toughness means being a rapist then yeah, he lacks that.
exactly it seems like boxers are allowed to be rapists and get respected for it sad ain't it.

I personally feel that Tyson could have been a top 3 great of all time only if he had kept his head on straight. I was one of the blindest of Tyson fans even as a young boy 7 years old when he beat Holmes in 88' and very saddened when Buster Douglas knocked him out when I was 10. If only he remained focused and determined his place in history might not be a "what if".

Probably on the tail-end of the top 10 HWs all-time. Maybe just outside of it.

he is overrated by a lot of his fans and the public, but he was a terrific heavyweight.

no matter what you want to say about the era of the late 80s (which while not strong was not as bad as many claim), tyson cleaned out the division in a very impressive fashion.

I loved Mike back in the day and watching his fights is what got me started in being a fan of boxing. To this day I still like him, but I feel he was definitely an underachiever and someone who just couldn't handle the fame and being in the spotlight.

u cant blame him, he was 20 years old, had a 100 million, his trainer died which was basically his family and the most famous person in the world at the time... you cant blame him for just goin nuts at 20 years old thats a lot to handle for anyone
