Reid was also at his best when facing Joe.
A former WBC belt holder that was robbed by Sven Ottke.

How many of RJJ's top 5 were actually Fighting at their peak?
Is Hopkins in his Peak/Prime when Calzaghe faces him?

Was Chris Eubank in his Prime?

Roy Jones faced a undefeated James Toney was the #1 or 2 Best P4P Fighter at the time Jones beat him.

And a Young, More Aggresive Bernard Hopkins.

A Prime Virgil Hill who was also a Top 10 P4P Fighter at the time as is regarded as one of the best Light Heavyweights.

You say James Toney but he wasn't tip top when he fought Jones and you know it.

Hopkins isn't in his prime, but he is #3-4 P4P right now. Also, Calzaghe wanted to move up in competition, who do you think he should fight instead other than the top dog in LHW? You don't think if he fought someone like Dawson, Hopkins fans would be saying Calzaghe is ducking Hopkins? Honesly, this bout doesn't do much for Calzaghe. Either way, he will get little credit.

Roy may have the Better names on his Paper padded record.
But people seem to forget that a lot of the guys Roy fought were not exactly Prime time tip top condition or had developed into the fighters they became i.e Hopkins.

Was it Jones fault? Toney was in his prime I dont buy the weight drained excuse, you cant take away anything from Roy Jones. If that then I can name all the faults on Calzaghe's opponents and why he beat them, you can do that for any fighter. Truth is Prime Jones hardly lost a round against the opponents he beat, Reid almost beat Calzaghe, Kessler won some rounds.

Wlad owns loves to root for the white fighter.
I don't think I've ever witnessed him pick a black fighter over a white one.
