    Paulie Malignaggi is well promoted..

I like the kid I do. and he showed much heart in the Cotto fight as well as last night. They better be very careful who they choose next for Paulie or he will get another L. He's a pretty good fighter but he quits boxing and jabbing when the pressure is too much and he just doesnt have enough pop to hurt anybody. Even Joe Clazaghe has some pop behind his slaps. Paulie has a good jab though and he needs to ALWAYS throw it, double and triple it before letting his right hand go and he needs to be contantly moving when doing so. Hatton IMO beats him in the same fashion if not worse then Cotto, Cotto will box with you and can, but HATTON will straight up mug and keep you stationary so he can work in side. He wont even try to deal with Paulie's movement any other way then graBBING , mauling and clinching.

It's just one fight man. He could have had an off night. I'm just going to look at this fight as a fork in the road and move on. Maybe because I'm a fan.

I like em too. But he wont beat Hatton. Once the heat is on he will quit jabbing and moving like last night and like when he fought Cotto. He doesnt have enough pop to trade.. i do think he has a pretty good chin and heart.

Malignaggi should get another 'easy' fight to get in form because there's no interest in a Hatton fight after the way he looked against Ngoudjo.

He should give Ngoudjo a rematch or fight D-Hop, maybe even try to unify the titles against Rees or Torres.

That didnt stop Hatton from fighting Castillo right?

Castillo was still ranked p4p at the time, Malignaggi isn't nearly as established as Castillo was. It was a moneymaking match for both and there was much more interest.

I guess Hatton could give Malignaggi a fight if he wants an 'easy' fight but I'll lose respect for him if that happens. Witter is more deserving.
