Milana Dravnel, the stripper who made public photos of Oscar De La Hoya dressed in drag, is fighting to take De La Hoya to court. According to website TMZ.com, De La Hoya is trying to send the case to a secret arbitration.

TMZ posted this on thier website today: "Milana Dravnel has filed a memorandum, obtained by TMZ, trying to throw a haymaker at De La Hoya's recent request to get the case dismissed on grounds that she agreed to arbitrate her claims against the Big O. Milana, through her [COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]lawyer[/COLOR][/COLOR] Salvatore Strazzulo, says that she never made any formal deal with Oscar to go to arbitration, much less any agreement to publicly disavow the photos."

TMZ further reports that Dravnel wants a public trial and is trying to sue De La Hoya for $100 million, while De La Hoya wants the whole thing handled in secret.

If they were fake I dont think she want to take them in a court of law. But you never know, her lawer prolly told her to bluff. I can see Oscar giving her a few million just to STFU. Fake or not.

Isn't she saying SHE is suing him because he claims she faked the photos?
And that she will not agree to a secret arbitration? If you were Oscar, wouldn't you want to clear your name in public and make an example of this stripper by suing the **** out of her ass?
