Roy Jones having weight trouble?

I cant believe I hear tito is making a half ass comeback. Having weak sparring partners. Also saying hes done all the hard work, over a month before the fight saying he just needs to maintain? He has RJJ at a bad weight and time. He goes all out he has a good chance. Im not so sure RJJ is going to have a easy go. Him going up and down in weight is dangerous. Hes getting older now so its getting harder for him.

It should be more interesting that people think, alot of people are saying that Roy will blow Tito out in 4 rds or less..I never seen Tito get blown out in any fight, dominated yes but KO'ed early never. Tito's chin is not as bad as people think..Hopkins was hitting him with monster combos for the whole right before he finally broke Tito down. Roy fights in spurts now...which makes this fight so interesting.

Winky had no power and Hopkins was more of a defensive tactical boxer puncher. Roy Jones started at Middleweight but was a natural Light heavyweight KO'ing Natural Light Heavyweights, Even stunned a Heavyweight in John Ruiz. Take any opponent from Trinidad's resume and Roy Jones Knocks them out, except Hopkins (Who Jones already beat, and Tito lost to).

Roys prime is far past him. This and the weight drain is the only reason I give Trinidad a shot. I agree this is a mismatch to real boxing fans. No way Tito should ever be above middle.

I hear you but you cant just compare opponents like that they are all different kind of fighters. Like Winky was more competitive againts Taylor than Hopkins was but then Hopkins dominates Winky. Or Hopkins beat Tarver from ring post to ring post but Roy gets KO'ed by Tarver..styles makes fights. If this fight were to have happened back in 2001, Roy would run right through Tito. But right now Roy fights in spurts, plus he is coming down in weight. Tito should be extremely rusty but his style of fighting is constant pressure and he still hit hard and Roy doesnt use a jab..I think it will be good..not sure who will win, im going for Tito but thats my heart talking my brain and logic says Roy but its going to be a good fight.

i only found out the fight was at 170 a few days ago and i thought roy would really struggle, i remember seeing the weigh in for jones v hanshaw and he looked gaunt then. roy is a very lean fighter so the last 5lbs will probably be entirely fluid loss which could seriously hurt him. he's getting close to a weight he hasnt fought at for 10 years?

Nah. It hasnt happend in 8 years, it never will.

I would like to see Trinidad-Pavlik at 168. A lot of money/rep in that fight.

Roy will outbox Tito to eath lol Felix wont land any good shots

i can see it being like the de la hoya fight except roy stays focused in the last few rounds and takes a wide points decision or the accumulation of punches wears tito down for a late TKO.

i really feel this fight will not end early........one of the two will tire out late and will be target practice.......i hope its tito doing the hitting.......
