    Glen Johnson, Lovemore Ndou Win By KO

    On the undercard to Paulie Malignaggi-Herman Ngoudjo at the Bally's Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, Former light heavyweight champion Glen Johnson (47-11-2, 32KOs) stopped Hugo Pineda (39-4-1, 28KOs) in eight rounds. After dropping Pineda in the seventh, he battered him in the eight to force the stoppage. [details]

      Wow, for some reason I thought Johnson's next fight was Chad Dawson, so I was a bit shocked when I read Glen Johnson wins by KO.

      How is Malignaggi doing so far (no Showtime for me )

                      This was a tune up fight for Johnson. Assuming he didn't get injured the Dawson fight is on for this spring.

                          Yeah, I knew he was supposed to fight Dawson (and I was pretty sure it as a hell of a lot later than January 5th)... I guess my brain just went dead for a while.

                                  Im looking forward to the Dawson/Johnson fight. Good fight for Dawson to really challenge him as you know Johnson will come to fight. If Dawson wins this one he could start getting those bigger fights and pay days.
