What is your personal best punch?

Uppercut, hardest punch for me to execute properly but when it hits, it's a great thing. There nothing better than to watch the head fly back from being hit cleanly.

I mean example Pavlik-Taylor I the straight that Pavlik hit Taylor with was big but whe hit him with and uppercut when he was hurt and it snapped his head back faster than a speed bag. Thing of beauty.

My low blow will knockdown any foe.

My straight right is killer, my left hook is fast and damaging, and my jab is effective but my best punch is a left shovel hook to the body.

ive never boxed professional, though i've sparred quite a bit. i would have to say that the punch that is most natural and powerful for me is a right uppercut.

i normally set them up by throwing a left hook to try to get the opponent to duck his head and then follow up "con el upper".

I used to like ODH as a fighter awhile back and I started practicng hisleft hook ..the way he throws it from the hip like a "angled-uppercut" almost.

I practiced that alot and its my best punch.....

left jab by far and i'm right handed.

i can even use it effective in a street fight because i'm so fast with that punch. I broke somebodies nose with one quick jab once.
