I don't actually know if I'd put Sam Peter in there, they gave him an old Audley Harrison opponent (Julius Long) to improve his stock after his first loss, but he hasn't KO'd anyone at world level.

Wait... is this an excuse for me to just talk about Danny Williams again? Probably. Here he is against Kali Meehan, the man many regard as the man who was robbed against Lamon Brewster and who went four rounds with Rahman:

One of the best heavyweight fights I saw last year, which admittedly isn't saying much.

This is the only time "went four rounds with Rahman" has ever been used in a complimentary sense.

And after that it's hard to say. The best boxers (Chagaev, Ibragimov, Povetkin, Chambers, Thompson) are mediocre hitters. Briggs can ****, Peter hits hard, Maskaev hits ok.
