Mayweather talks **** all the time, after watchin his interviews for a while now you can tend to tell when he is being flashy and talking ****....and when he is actually being serious.

Imo He has about 2 fights left in him, max, unless he loses and tries to avenge it, he has said many times its getting harder and harder to go to the gym and that he makes enough money to not have to fight ever again, either way his mind is wandering towards other things, which is why he said he would fight again but only for mega money.

Floyd is a smart cookie, he's all about building up the hype with a fighter to make the maximum money, dont be suprised if cotto gets the million dollar call from Leonard Ellerbe sometime this year.

i hope floyld fights someone in their prime and a natural 147. although williams aint really naturally 147 to me, but hes skinny. hatton needs to beat malli, torres then ill consider him more highly. floyld needs to beat cotto, mosely or williams for me to think yeah he is definately the best welter.

That's wrong. It is an issue of size. At 140 Hatton can bully most fighters whereas at 147 he can't. It is true that there are more skilled fighters at 147 who would beat him anyway but it is not the case with all of them.

which is basically it. I have no doubt Hatton could beat some welters but not the guys who should be fighting at 154 anyway like Cintron, William,Margarito et al. He has nothing for those guys.

Wow just found that Pacman and Hatton are the same hight and pac has a 2" reach advantage. Hatton though is definately stronger and has the bigger frame, not really a fair match up size wise but it would generate alot of hype.
