Most people see him as the second best in that division and i agree. The way he took out Harris was very impressive.

The only people that would think Witter is overrated are the Non-boxing fan from the Hatton fanboys.

He had to be the most underrated boxer in boxing right now, Even now he doesnt get any credit, If he beats anyone all people care about is when is he going to fight Hatton.

He is overrated and was terrible against low level opposition in Kotelnik (Lucky to get the hometown decision) and Colin Lynes.
So he beat Harris....well so did Carlos Maussa.
Witter is what? 33-34 years of age now.
He won't get any better and when he moves up to the better level of fighters he will be found out.
Fortunately for him Cotto & Mayweather already moved on up.
Witter has a tendency to fall asleep after 5-6 rounds.
Against Hungry & better fighters he won't get away with it.
