Why Arent there Time Fillers on Showtime/HBO

On BAD/WCB/SHOBOX/Showtime CHampionship boxing why dont they show fights to fill some time?

If you have a two fight card and both are 1st round kos, thats maybe 15 minutes of a one and a half hour time slot. Why not show a good undercard fight to fill time? I am sure no fans will complain
