I think Malignaggi wins by TKO10. I hate to bring up cliche's, but styles make fights and Herman doesn't have the skills in his style to defeat the skills and style Malignaggi has.

Yes, Ngoudjo did go 12 with Castillo (a fight I thought he won) and Bailey (a fight I thought he lost), two much harder punchers than Paulie, but speed kills and Paulie is going to hit him from angles that Ngoudjo hasn't seen in the pros before. He's also going to counter him very nicely and accurately.

I think the accumulation of punches thru 10 rounds will be enough to give Paulie his 6th KO victory.

BTW, if you want to bet, I'll take a 10K bet from you.
    ill bet theres no ko

Sorry, only on who'll win. If you want to take Ngoudjo, I'll give you 2-1 odds.

I had Ngoudjo winning against Castillo, but Malignaggi will make it

Speed kills? Did you see the Randall Bailey fight? Bailey is just as fast as Paulie if not faster. Paulie should win simply because he wont fight on the inside with Ngoudjo. This is a fight though that Ngoudjo could have a trick up his sleeve and show us something we havent seen, those kind of things can make it a shutout for him, who knows Paulie may have a problem with Herman's reach, he has long arms and is a pretty good counter puncher.
