it could also just be a way to get MMA fans interested (whether it be negatively or positively) in Mayweather's next Boxing match. I could see some MMA fans tunning in just to see what Mayweather is all about.

Right, Im so ****ing tired of people asking me if floyd is gonna go to MMA or not-of course he is not-Floyd considers him self a master marketer and this was a play in that direction.

Nothing more nothing less-it worked pretty well too.

PBF, please, please, please fight one MMA fight. Muhumad Ali did! We want to see how well you would do. We arent asking you to win Pride 2008, or Vale Tudo, but we just want to see how your skills would be able to cope with a MMA guy.

That was a very restricted Catch match. Much akin to what Tommy Morrison did last year.

The only difference was that Ali didn't understand the idea of a "heel turn".

floyd will never fight mma... any1 who takes this seriously is ******ed... look at chuck liddels fight the other night against silva.. liddell is the biggest name in MMA and he made a lousy $500,000 ... for floyd to get 20 million is almost unthinkable in ufc...
