I think he can beat Marquez. He would lose to Juan Diaz but he could beat David Diaz, Hatton would beat him. Pacquiao is too small.

Well, I was about to talk about how Pac had some trouble against Hector Valezquez between the first two Morales fights because I thought that fight was at 135. Oops.

But anyway, if you go under the assumption that Morales was finished after the second fight, Pac hasn't exactly faced a murderers' row since then. I think David Diaz will give him big problems, and I would pick Juan Diaz without blinking to beat him. He won't get to Hatton.

Besides, even if he managed to beat JMM and then David Diaz, a fight with Mayweather at 140 (seems very realistic for Floyd to make that weight) would be much more attractive to the mainstream. But it's clear that Roach wouldn't want that, based on his comments about "allowing" Manny to fight certain guys. Mayweather would pick him apart.
