    Obviously Miguel Cotto is the #1 person on EVERYONE's list for Mayweather to fight.

    Williams is the clear #2.

    That's pretty much it for the people he has to beat.

    It's absurd to ask him to beat Cintron, considering Cintron holds the IBF belt that Mayweather vacated (the one he won from Judah).
