    Could Hatton Make 135?

If Hatton didn't balloon up so much inbetween fights could he make 135? he was 145 for the Mayweather fight and he was ripped it looked like he packed on a lot of extra muscle so i think if he tried he could make 135. If David Haye can shave off 20 pounds of muscle to get to cruiser, surely a focused Hatton that didn't balloon up could make 135?

It'll take him a while after the 57 pints, combined with the amount of vodka, whiskey and whatever else he put in himself over the New Year celebrations!

The spirits aren't the problem. Its the beer and the food that kills him.

It's bad enough Hatton drops down to 140 from blimping out to almost 200. 135 might be life threatening.

I think way too much is talked about when it comes to Hatton ballooning up between fights. Sure, it's going to affect his longevity but then so does his style. He was never going to fight much beyond 30 as his style would never allow it. And he's clearly mentally well off for doing what he does.

Hatton started fighting at 140 and he has to sweat to make that weight now. No way he compromises himself at this point in his career by dehydrating to a dangerous level.

i think even if he stayed healthy it would be a struggle, but with his kebab and stella post fight diet it would leave him ******.

i'd like it if juan diaz moved up and ricky fought him at junior welter.
