No, I've been saying it for years that Hopkins isn't the same fighter. People seemed to just start watching Hopkins from Tito on, but you should watch him prior and compare.

He lost to Taylor for a reason. He even looked like **** before that. Hopkins is past his prime and old.

Hopkins and Joe are in the same boat with me, both never moved up in weight: Hopkins could have moved up to '68 and fight Joe and Joe could have moved up to '75 and fight Roy.

This fight means nothing except to put coin in the fighters pocket.

Even Joe said Hopkins was past it.

He is right though, Hopkins' resume is just as paded as Calzaghe's, more imo. As for the Williams - Mayweather comparison I think my point is very valid whether you will admitt it or not.

And you're just a biased Roy fan. I have never seen Joe lose so how do I KNOW he would lose to anyone? He has never lost and I couldn't see anyone beating him.I could see a close fight between Jones and Calzaghe but I'm sure Joe would pull it off.

Not a typo; I exaggerated for a reason.

Rocky Marciano never lost, but how many would honestly take him against certain fighters. I've never seen Floyd lose either, but I would say he would lose to certain fighters. Roy also fought bigger fighters.

Prime Roy beats Joe...that's my opinion. Roy never lost in his prime, except if you want to count a b.s. DQ., so how do you measure him?

Roy can lose to certain fighters as well, which is why he fought Ruiz and not Lennox.
