I know of great boxers like B-hop who lost their first fight but was wondering if anyone knew 2 champions who faced each other earlier on????

Not sure I understand the question. How do you have two fighters fight for a title in their first fight? Not quite the same thing, but Pete Rademacher fought for the heavyweight title in his very first pro fight against Floyd Patterson (lost via KO in 6). He had been an Olympic gold medalist and an excellent overall amateur. He turned out to be a pretty average professional fighter though.
